Shipping policy

Orders shipped in 2-5 working days depending if the item is made to order. 
Personalised or made to order items may incur delays, however if this happens, Cuige jewellery will contact you to advise of this. 
Shipping delays due to adverse weather, postal closures, strikes, or other reasons out of the control of Cuige Jewellery are rare but do happen.

Any taxes, charges, import fees etc incurred are paid by the buyer.
