Handmade sterling silver triskele long pendant on an 18 inch necklace

handmade with recycled silver, making this jewellery more eco friendly. 

The triskele is an ancient symbol of three interlocking spirals representing motion, cycles, and interconnectedness, with meanings varying by culture. The Celtic belief is that good things come in threes. The Triskele can be seen at the Newgrange Megalithic site, witch is only 13 km from the small studio where this piece was made. I have been inspired by the many carving on the stones at Knowth and Dowth, as well as with the tomb at Newgrange itself. A Wonderful gift from our ancestors.
